Heads Up! Democrats Break The Constitution With Senate Vote/Passage Before House

Source: http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/constitution.articlei.html

By holding a Senate vote on the highly controverial financial burst bill, a bill that would supposedly bring in revenue over time, before the House of Representatives passes and sends to the Senate a bill, the Democrats override the responsibility given constitutionally to the House in Article I Section 7:

Article I

Section 7. All bills for raising revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with amendments as on other Bills.
