Jean L Zensen

January 11, 1932 - May 25, 2021

Jean L. Zensen of Cinnaminson passed away peacefully on May 25^th, she was 89.

Jean received a degree in microbiology from Temple University, then a teaching degree from Glassboro State (now Rowan) and went on to be a teacher for 25 years, retiring from Delran Schools. She was a longtime member of Christ Episcopal Church, Palmyra, and a member of Beverly-Maqueda Eastern Star, Chapter 276 in Burlington. She enjoyed theater, particularly Walnut Street Theater, she loved to travel, including trips to, Switzerland, Germany, Egypt, Norway and Sweden with her good friend, Jane Johnson.

Jean is survived by her best friend, Ken Mantai and various cousins, extended family and friends.

A visitation for Jean will be held on Thursday, June 3^rd from 10:00am to 11:00am, with a funeral service at 11:00am, all at Christ Episcopal Church, 638 Parry Ave., Palmyra, NJ 08065. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Jean’s name may be made to Christ Episcopal Church, Palmyra, Shriner’s Hospital or the Philadelphia Orchestra.
